How Did My Apple Caramel Tealight Smell?
I lit one of my Apple Caramel scented tealights next to my computer one morning at 8:57 AM, so I could work on Candle Find and hopefully enjoy a pleasing scent at the same time. About 10 minutes later, I was already so engrossed in what I was working on that the candle burning right near me was a distant memory.
Around 9:10, I realized that I was smelling a light apple scent. I was wondering if that was all the scent the candle was going to give. Then at 9:15, this UNBELIEVABLE carameled apple scent started to fill the air. I stopped what I was working on and just breathed in this awesome smell for a few minutes. I couldn't believe how powerful the scent was becoming in my office. It was such a full, rich, deep scent. For me, it wasn't the kind of scent that gets overbearing, it just smelled so real, like someone was making carameled apples right next to me.
The scent truly smelled so authentic, my mouth was watering for a gooey caramel apple! The smell took me back to the years when my mother, 2 sisters and I would make caramel apples every year around Halloween. Breathing in this awesome caramel scent made a neat memory pop back into my consciousness. I remembered standing in our old kitchen, stirring a pot of caramel candy on the stove.
