Bizzy B's Candles is an online store selling chunk candles and tarts available in double scents or single scents. I wasn't too familiar with "chunk" candles so I must say I was intrigued. I counted 27 double scents available on the menu or 18 single scents. They currently offer 1 style jar which is an 8oz half pint jar, clamshell tarts and individual aroma melts that come in cute plastic cups with lids. I really liked that because the tart stays contained and is safe and cozy till I decided to melt them. They’re also oversized to boot so you get more for your buck.

Bizzy B's website is nicely laid out and very easy to navigate through. Along with candles, they offer hand made soaps, lip butters and room sprays as well as tart burners. I tried one 8oz jar and the rest in tarts which I'm really enjoying right now. I still love my precious jar candles but sometimes it's fun and different to sample a variety of tarts. It gives me more freedom to try more fragrances which I wouldn't afford buying more expensive jars.

What Do My Candle & Tarts from Bizzy B’s Look Like?

My candle is an 8oz jelly jar. These candles are unique because they have big square-ish chunks of wax in them… hence the appropriately named “chunk candle”. The only way to describe what they look like is that big square chunks of wax are dropped into the candle giving it a really rustic and unique look. The tarts were the same way. (See photo)

How Did My Bizzy B Candle and Melts Smell?

Berrynilla Surprise 8oz Candle:

I loved the look of this candle. It was a dark peachy color and the chunks were a darker color making them stand out more. It kind of reminded me of Jello with fruit chunks in it I used to love when I was a kid. Once melted, the candle smoothes out into a flat surface as normal.

I enjoy berry scents and anything with vanilla in the mix is usually a winner for me. The cold smell of this candle smelled like creamy berries so I was excited to light it. I haven’t burned a good vanilla scent in awhile and was looking forward to something vanilla-ee.

Because this candle was small (8oz), I decided to burn it in a smaller bathroom to see how it faired. As luck would have it, the candle was perfect in a smaller room because the scent throw was nice and strong which I loved. Here is the scent description for this fragrance:

“A scrumptious mix of berries, a touch of vanilla and a splash of orange. A special fruity blend…that is sure to be your favorite too!”

This scent is really lovely… the berry scent stands out the most with a bit of sweet cream. Mmmm, I could have taken a spoon to it… it smelled so sweet and scrumptious, just like the description says. I could smell the orange note too so that’s pretty accurate. Definitely give this one a try if you like sweet berry scents.

Frozen Margarita Clamshell Tarts:

Clamshell tarts are a great way to sample fragrances and are pretty popular these days. They come in a 6 pack and are roughly 3oz total so you can melt 1, 2 or 3 depending on your mood. I tend to burn two which works for me.

Frozen Margarita was a scent right up my alley and I am in margarita heaven!! This has got to be one of the zestiest and tangy lime scents I’ve tried to date and it had my mouth watering, it smelled so wonderful. I’m in definite heaven. But, before I go into my thoughts on this scent, let me get the scent description in from Bizzy B’s website:

“Enjoy the tangy, refreshing aroma of a slushy, lime margarita...you can even smell the salt on the rim of the glass!”

Three words… winner-winner-winner! And the description is right on… I could smell the salt and thought it was perfect. Nothing was missing except a real margarita to go with it. Just a truly delightful lime fragrance that knocked my socks off. Definitely try this one if you love lime scents.
