"Enchanted Meadow is a candle company I had never heard of and recently tried for the first time. There are so many luxury companies out there and because I’ve only tried a few, I still consider myself a baby when it comes to luxury brands. I know that won’t last very long knowing me but for now, I’m taking baby steps considering how expensive these suckers are."

"I’m not sure how this happened but this is my first official Yankee review, ever. You want to know the main reason why?... price. I've always thought this company was WAY overpriced for what you get and because there are so many other great candles sites out there...I've never had the desire to buy any Yankee Candles. Even when I’ve been in their stores and tempted beyond belief, I leave empty handed. How on earth that’s possible, I have no idea. I consider myself the Queen of candle shopping and usually buy whatever candles I can get my hands on and question my sanity later. One girlfriend who had never gone to the mall with me actually dubbed herself my personal “Sherpa” because she had to help me carry 40 pound bags stuffed to the gills with candles in each hand to the car. I freely admit my addiction.”

"Up North Candle Company is an online store located in Michigan and centers their candle line to celebrate the Great Lakes region. I love it when candle companies do that. I’ve said this before but I think it adds such a nice flair and personal touch to their products.”

"Bizzy B’s Candles is an online store selling chunk candles and tarts available in double scents or single scents. I wasn’t too familiar with “chunk” candles so I must say I was intrigued. I counted 27 double scents available on the menu or 18 single scents. They currently offer 1 style jar which is an 8oz half pint jar, clamshell tarts and individual aroma melts that come in cute plastic cups with lids. I really liked that because the tart stays contained and is safe and cozy till I decided to melt them. They’re also oversized to boot so you get more for your buck.”

I had heard of this company but never tried them so of course said, heck yeah! I love trying new candles, especially candles recommended by fellow candlefind junkies. "When I was first approached to review this candle line, I was a little hesitant because at the time, this company only had a little over 12 scents on their menu. I know most of you in candlefind land love a nice big menu… I know I do so browsing a site that doesn’t have a huge list to choose from makes me go “hmmm, do I or don’t I want to order?”
