Pineapple Sorbet:

I was able to purchase Village Round jars in this scent.  They’re a great deal if you think about it... $12 bucks for a 16oz jar.  What a steal!  They fluctuate what scents are available in this line though so you never know what scents are there when you look.

I love Pineapple...to eat and to smell.  When it’s pineapple season, we always buy whole ones, core them and pig out on this sweet and succulent fruit.  Oh man...there’s nothing like it and it's a nice tropical fragrance in a candle as well.  Here is the scent description for this fragrance:

“A juicy plantation pineapple, lightly whipped with vanilla and chilled to an icy sweet delight.”

I enjoyed this scent and thought it smelled just like a Pineapple smoothie drink.  My house was filled with a delicious pineapple sweetness that got me many compliments from my daughter and her endless teenage girlfriends that traipse through my house every day.  I love watching their faces the moment they walk through the door.  If they stop and sniff the air and say, “Mmmmmmmm”... I know it passes the test and this one did. :-)

These candles gave a nice medium+ throw and I think if given the opportunity, I would purchase this scent again for sure.

How Did My Village Candles Burn?
My candles burned fine as long as I kept the wicks trimmed.  No waste or soot.

Overall Opinion of Village Candle Company:

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company.  I did try a few scents I wasn’t crazy about but I think that’s pretty normal with any company.  My only qualm is that shipping can be expensive purchasing from their main website.  That does detour me because I rarely buy just one or two candles at a time.  I’m more of a "buy the caseful" kind of gal and shipping on cases can get really expensive.  I know... my shopping habits are horrible but it’s a trait I accept and indulge quite often, so... every little bit helps. :-)

I do know Village Candles can be purchased at many various retail outlets so if you’re lucky enough to have any near you, “yay” for you.  I unfortunately don’t and am stuck purchasing online.

Good luck on your candle shopping excursions and should you happen to try any Village Candles... let us know what you think on our review board.  I hope you have as good of luck as I did.
