Gaila's Introduction to Irie Star: "I have been excited to step out of my normal candle routine and have the opportunity to try several unique candles from Irie Star over the past month. The Irie Star staff takes great pride in the selection of every element of the candle. They carefully select natural waxes, wicks, and essential oils to create an environmentally friendly product. If you are someone who wishes to make purchasing choices that promote a cleaner environment both at your home and around the world, Irie Star is most certainly a company in agreement with your values.

The votives arrived in perfect condition neatly packaged in natural cardboard gift boxes wrapped with attractive labels. (see photo above)  Irie Star gets an A+ for presentation. They also get good marks for creating candles with an excellent burn, clean and complete. This is very important to me in rating the quality of a candle, because I feel cheated when a candle tunnels down the middle leaving a third of the wax behind.

I had three scents of the nine Irie Star currently makes to sample. Peace, Celebrate, and Spice. The scents were unique and enjoyable. More exotic than any I’d burned before."

Peace:  Frankincense, Lavender, and Palmarosa create a deeply spiritual blend that soothes mind and body.

Spice:  The heating scents of cinnamon and ginger dominate this blend. Undertones of cedarwood help strengthen the spirit.
