I got a great deal on thses tarts from ebay. Plus she threw in lots of freebies. The shipping was very fast and the communication very courteous. I let the tarts sit for a while, and they are strong! Rating: 9

I have been wanting to try this seller. Upon her recommendation I ordered a sugar sampler & floral sampler. I was hooked. I immediately reordered 5 bags of tarts. I got Garden Gate, Sweet Potato Pie, Sweet Peas & Cream, Mandarin Grove, & Blackberry Jam Butter Cookies. I received nice size tarts in cellophane bags (nice for gifts). Carol's tarts have an immediate scent throw. She has the best bakery scents I have tried, and her customer service & TAT are especially good. Rating: 10

Finally got around to ordering a second time and again I am VERY happy with my order. This time I ordered only 3 fourteen count bags but a lot of snap packs to test scents. Now I wish I ordered more of them in fourteen count bags!! The MANDARIN & MIMOSA is unbelieveable! So delicious and a great combo scent. I love the GRANNY'S KITCHEN- homey and strong with cinnamon and vanilla. The CARRIBEAN(coconut, banana and vanilla ice cream), LIME COOLER(lemon, lime and vanilla), BEAR CLAWS(WOW! Delicious!!), CINNAMON GLAZED BAKLAVA(cinnamon pastry), KEY LIME PIE & STRAWBERRY SWIRL(strawberry, banana and cream- YUM) are all SOOOO great! I am going to order MORE of them soon! I also tried some spa type scents in RELAXATION & SWEET DREAMS which are both strong and calming. The items arrived in 3 days and were packaged nicely. Customer service was great. I hit the jackpot on this order and this is a new favorite business. 12/16/07***Happy I ordered! I had been watching this company for some time and deciding if I should order...there had been no reviews so I was hesitant. Finally I decided the price was right and I would try some Christmas type scents. Linda, the owner, was fast to return emails and my order arrived in less than 1 week...and this is the busy season! I ordered: CHRISTMAS KITCHEN which is a delicious mixture of balsam and cookies and mint- heavenly, CHISTMAS SPLENDOR which is a spicy and fruity combo of orange zest, clove and other spices, OH CHRISTMAS TREE- this one is a little too strong for me- which I NEVER say..the scent is also a little "fake piney" for my taste. CHRISTMAS CABIN is a WONDERFUL scent but I smell something different than the description, I smell the balsam and a musk, VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS smells like ribbon candy to me. CHRISTMAS PAST is really a perfect Christmas tree scent- I really love it and it has a bit of something else in it. HOMESPUN is a nice spicy and sweet scent that I love as well and of course I can NEVER pass up CINNAMON STRUDEL if it appears on someone's scent list....and this one is SPOT ON!!! I really like this company. You get 14 moderately sized tarts for $4.75 and they have a strong throw. One is enough to scent a few rooms...two will scent you whole house. I am definitely going to try some other regular scents in the new year. Rating: 10

I was recommended by a friend who buys candles from this company. They kept contact with me by notifying me once my order was received, and notification that the order shipped 2 days later. I tried the Strawberry Jam Wickless Candle, birds of paradise tarts and i got a regular candle warmer. The Strawberry Jam candle was scenting up the house in about 30-40 minutes and I could smell it throughout the whole house! It is a very authentic strawberry jam scent, that makes everyones mouth water who smells it! The birds of paradise tarts, i put two cubes in a tart warmer I already had at home and i had those in the basement and you could smell those throughout the whole basement!! I am really impressed! I also got free shipping and a free sample of birds of paradise soap, and it was a guest sized soap, so something that could be used for a little while and it smells so yummy! Makes your hands feel soft and smell sweet after you wash them! I will buy from them again! Rating: 10

Great candles. Very poor service. Hope I will be able to edit this review soon. Placed an order mid - Jan ( $100 ) . The jars I ordered were out of stock. I was told they would be available in 2 weeks ,so that was ok. A few weeks later during a Super Bowl sale (2/3), I ordered again before I received my first order. ( Big mistake ). Never received candles for over a month. Emailed this company 3 times and never got a response. Finally, after the fourth email I got a response . I was told that the owner never received my other 3 emails ??? She told me she was having trouble with her supplier and was expecting the jars that very afternoon ( 4/16 ) ! She should have contacted me and let me know the trouble she was having. In addition, the second order I placed in on 2/3 was not for the same jars. They are in stock and I never received them either. She promised them before Mother's Day but now is away on a family emergency. I do understand emergencies but these orders should have been taken care of a long time ago. I have asked for a refund upon her return. As of now, I'm out $150 .00. For great candles and excellent, professional service try Cheryl's Candles, Tuscadero, Crosscreek, Spotted Hog, Teaberry Mountain, Texas Scentsations. I will update this post once this issue is resolved. Since placing these orders at Bella's I must have ordered 6 -5 times from other companies and all give excellent service and make the customer feel valued. This is especially important with internet business. Rating: 2

I am alittle worried reading these reveiws. I recently put in another order for her mother's day sale. I have not ever had an issue with communication or receiving my orders so needless to say I hope her CS is still as good as I have had in the past. I do love some of her scents and find her paraffin tarts to be really strong & lasting. I will definitely update this review after receiving my order but I expect to have good CS and good products again:-) Rating: 9

I wanted to post my review on this brand since I just saw the latest review and was surprised that someone had the same problem as me. I had a big order, over 60 dollars worth and never received it. I love these candles but to have never received them and see it happened to someone else too is really sad. Worse of all is that the owner really didn't appear very interested in discusssing the problem with me. Normally I'd recommend her but hesitate to right now. Gracie Rating: 5

I bought some of the tarts and candles on ebay, to try. I had heard lots of info on them, checked out their website, and decided to try. I didn't like the candles at all, didn't like the way they burned and i couldn't really smell them as they burned. I actually liked the tarts a little better than the candle, but overall, I didn't care for them ): Rating: 1

I wanted to post a review to warn other candle lovers after reading the latest review in candlefind. I enjoyed reading about Bella's candles and tarts. Like the author I had heard great things. In fact I ordered over 100 dollars worth of tarts. I would like to review them for you but unfortunately they have never been sent. I know that this company has a reputation for slow TAT but over 4 mon.? Be careful with your hard earned money everyone. I love to support small companies but maybe keep in mind that you should only spend what you are willing to lose with this one. Rating: 1
