Update to my last posted review...The man from Pure Integrity just called me. My order is on the way, he said. YEAAA! They were not answering their phones because they were too busy, but are most definitely still in business. Will keep all posted and review my candles when I receive them, which, I think, will be soon, now.
I ordered candles based on the reviews on this site. I have never received them. There is no tracking number on my order page at Pure Integrity. I have tried and tried to call them, leaving messages, and have emailed them. I am trying again on Friday, 11 AM, their time, during customer hours, and getting no answers, still. Have they gone out of business, I wonder? Guess I will try to do a chargeback on my credit card. I am SO disappointed. I was really excited about trying them. I have tried calling all of their locations, always during business hours, with no answers at any number. Does anyone know if they are even still in business? (rated 2)
