Pros: Clean burning, consistent quality
Cons: scents not really true, a bit expensive

I ordered tarts from Kell's candles a while back. Their tarts are $1.99 each or $6.50 for a four pack which is a little pricier than I'm used to.

I ordered pumpkin cinnamon crunch and pumpkin spice scents. Neither of them smell particularly like pumpkin to me. It's not a bad smell, I like them both, it's just not as described.

Customer service was good, they are friendly people.

A note about shipping. They do not offer the flat rate Priority Mail boxes as an option. This is usually my preferred method of shipping since it's less expensive and faster than UPS. The do offer Parcel Post as an option.

I might order from them again. It wasn't a bad experience just not on par with some other companies.

Pros: Quick response -- free small vanilla jar priority shipped
Cons: none yet

I joined the mailing list of this company a few days ago and they sent me and email saying I should be recieving a free SOY candle for joining.

I was expecting one votive -- shipped parcel. Instead, I recieved a small jar (vanilla) sent in a flat rate priority mail box. I was impressed with their generosity with this item. I haven't had and opportunity to burn it yet -- but the scent is a typical vanilla smell (not really my favorite anylonger -- but I guess they figure for a freebie -- most people like vanilla well enough to try their products).

I will update this review after I burn it. But so far I am impressed enought to consider ordering -- not to mention that they sent a coupon for 20% off my next purchase.

Pros: Free Candle offer~very quick response
Cons: haven't burned my free candle yet/but cold smell is nice

I signed up for their mail list on their candle site, and you get a free candle. It is a 5oz. jar, and you get to choose the scent you want.
They do not have a large selection of scents, so thought i would try the vanilla one, since i enjoy a good smelling vanilla.
I haven't burned it yet, but cold smell is nice, kind of a buttery scented vanilla.
It was mailed to me priority mail, which was impressive. Not only was it free, but sent priority mail.
