Pros: Soy-based and clean burning!
Cons: Small selection of scents.

I came across Method Soy Candles at Target. I bought Grapefruit Pear and Sweet Water. They cost $5.99 for a 6 ounce candle. I've burning the Grapefruit Pear, and it seems to have a pretty good scent through. I can smell it even when I am upstairs. It seems to be clean-burning so far. I do have a candle capper on it, since candles seem to burn better with them though. Also, no tunneling. I love the tart smell of this candle. I plan to stock up when Target has a sale!

Pros: Found at Target, burns fairly well
Cons: Major 'mushrooming' on wick

I bought my Sweet Water candle a day before the first review was posted... I have been burning it now for a few days and am not that impressed. It seems to have a 'chemical' smell to it and the wick (unless closely monitored) will mushroom on you in a heartbeat! I do like the fact that it is soy and burns fairly clean. The scent throw wasn't that amazing, but adequate for a normal bathroom. I love the clean look to the container and the label is simple, which I appreciate. Why is it that a majority of candlemakers think that because someone enjoys candles, that means they automatically decorate in a country theme? So thanks to those out there that offer candles in more subdued and simple containers... Okay, off my soapbox. In general, this is a decent value if your heart's set on soy and you happen to be at "Tar-shae" (Target!)

Pros: Clean burning, nice scent, modern look
Cons: Not much in the way of scent throw

This one is right in the middle. It looked nice, smelled nice, but cast little scent throw. It also tunnelled a bit but produced no soot. I got this candle on sale, in a Peppermint Vanilla scent, which is phenomenal year round, and would probably buy it again at a similar price but it is not a front runner by any means.

Pros: inexpensive and readily available and soy
Cons: minimal scent

I too would buy it again but only on significant sale. I bought one in a holly berry scent on clearance at target, so it was $6 off retail price. The ceramic jar was nice. It doesn't soot, being soy, and I burned it with a topper so it didn't tunnel. The cold throw was very nice (which is why I bought it.) The throw while burning wasn't much.

Update - I have since burned a cinnamon and a fig flavor, and have had the same experience.
