"I am constantly on a journey to find STRONG smelling soy candles. I tried some soy candles from Caterpillar Candles and was quite pleased. I tried American Apple Pie. I ordered a small tin and was amazed how much scent came out. The scent is sweet, just like an apple pie. The aroma filled my large den. I was buring a fire in my fireplace at the time and the smell of the candle outweighed the fire smell. I also ordered Vanilla Velvet but have not yet burned. I would highly recommend these soy candles."

I tried the sample tea light package of bakery scents, included are blueberry, angel food cake, lime, banana, huckleberry, chocolate. these scents are very very fake. the banana is horrible ! the blueberry is the only one i can say smells like real blueberry. scents are not strong when burning which in this case was a good thing becuase the scents are so fake. this review is based only on thier bakery scents so not sure how thier other scents are. I wont order these again.

After reading the above review, I'm a bit puzzled. I have been ordering from Caterpillars for years, and absolutely love them. Only one time was there ever a mistake, and that was just that one votive wasn't included in my order. They bent over backwards to make it right, even sent me an extra. I'm guessing that italian must not have contacted them??
As far as my review, here you go:
What scent's did you try? - Angel food cake, white tea ginger, sandalwoods, Coconuts & peaches, lime verbena, hersheys chocolate (THE BEST - YUMMY!!) umm... most every scent I've tried is Strong!
Do the candles smell very authentic or do they have that fake, air freshener smell? - I travel all across the country and burned a lot of candles over the years, including Carmans and Votivo. Those brands burn wonderfully and smell great. These are just as good, if not better, and cost a LOT less!
How strong was/is your scented candle? Did it fill your entire room, your house, or could you barely smell it? The White tea is VERY strong! So is Angel food cake, though most every time I open a tin ( I always buy tins as I travel so much) the smell carries throughout the rooms with out even having to light it.
How did the candle burn? Did it tunnel or did it burn evenly? Did the candle last a long time or did it burn down really fast? -The tins burn great, evenly all the way down. I've tried votives and tins and they all burn with no waste.

How much did it cost? Do you think it was too expensive for what you got? If you bought it online, what did you think of the shipping charges? - These are the best candles for the best price, imho
Was your candle made from paraffin, soy or gel? All soy.
What did you think of the candle's appearance? Very pretty, with a finish similar to Carmans Candles.
Will you buy candles from this candle company again? Absolutely.
