Yes | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 10    Pros: free shipping for orders of $79.00 and above, well packaged, fast delivery, wonderful customer service Cons: None Frankly, what drew me to purchase candles from Monarch's heaven was their price and their special of free delivery for orders of $59.00 and above. My very first order came with a note thanking me for the purchase and a gift of candles. I was touched! It was nice to have someone so attentive in a world that never allows you to meet and greet. Monarch's heaven sells many brands like Pacifica, Trapp and Votivo at lower prices than many of the online candles companies around. They offer a wonderful selection of scents. But what has kept me as a customer was a purchase around Christmas of 2005, when I ordered a scent that was sold out. I got a call from the owner offering me a choice of either doing without or another selection, that in his opinion was a better brand and carried a better throw. And because of the inconvienience I got two gifts instead of the usual one. The free shipping has been raised to $79.00 dollars,but I'd still go back because of the service. I recommend this company to anyone that enjoys the candle selections that they offer. Everything arrived well packed and I think this company has more unique/hard to find scents available. Would recommend!!
