Just received my second order from bella's and I have to say I love them! She has over 500 fragrances, many of them her own blends. Since switching over to this new site her service has been top notch and she communicates well with her customers.
My favorites are fluffer nutter, honey nutter butter cake and the Elvis.

I was skeptical about trying her tarts from what I have heard about her turnaround time but I have been wanting to try these tarts for some time now. I ordered late Sept 30 and got today Oct 9. She stated on her site that her turnaround was a little long because of the sale but a week isn't bad at all. I ordered a dozen tarts in Amish quilt-baking vanilla with all the spices in the kitchen,nutmeg, cinnamon-it is my favorite scent of all time.then I ordered a dozen with a choice of three different scents/I got Pink Cashmere Sweater-pink sugar with fresh linen and fresh cotton-love the smell of this. Floral Shoppe-I love the smell of walking into a florist and smelling all the flowers and greenery-this is spot on.Amazing scent. Black Vanilla-vanilla beans, with tonka beans and patchouli-earthy but sweet at the same time. The tarts are super big and packed well in cute halloween bags. Seems she has worked out some kinks with her turnaround, so I will keep ordering these. wonderful scents and nice big tarts=I highly recommend
UPDATE-I just ordered another couple dozen and a few of her LE scents to try. These are so great and strong. Great throws too.

Coconut Spumoni Yummy!! Great throw!! It is an almond/coconut smooth scent one tart filled all of my upstairs!!  I ordered just tarts and have had a good experience!! Always enjoyed all the pistachio and custom blends. No huge time delays here!!
Santa's Cake Great peppermint blend with vanilla and cake mixed in-love it!!
I also enjoyed Red Sleigh great throw-another peppermint/vanilla, much stronger on the vanilla though.

Ordered from her Ebay store, the wait wasn't as excruciating as it was before, but lack of communication still there. Yes, they are worth it though. Lavender Coconut Milk rocks! I have no idea where she gets her oils from, but I wish other companies would find the supplier, heck, wish I could find the supplier.

 Thumbs up! Received my order in 1 week and just love the scents! Now that the name has changed from "Candy's Candles" to "Bella's Candles" the shipping seems to have improved unbelievably. Ordered Zucchini Bread (Love it, spicy and sweet bakery scent), Pink Sugar Buttercream (Wonderful combo of Pink Sugar and Icing), Melon Sugar Cream (Honeydew, Watermelon and Vanilla), Cinnamon Sugar Donuts(Always a favorite!) and Morning Sweets (Blueberry and Coffee cake). I just LOVE the unique scents and they are soo unbelievably delicious to smell. I am usually only a bakery scent person- but the Melon Sugar Cream blew me away!! Perfect for the change in season. You will be very impressed with the length of time that these tarts can throw fragrance!! I burned them all day and only threw them out cause I wanted to try a different scent!! TERRIFIC!
8/15/07***Ordered again and love them all! GOURMET BLUEBERRY BUNS(delicious blueberry scent-true), AUTUMN DONUTS(by far my favorite- love it! Combo of Cinnamon sugar donuts and pumpkin donuts), WILLOW INN(a breakfast of pastries with cinnamon sugar and nutmeg- yummy), BUTTERCREAM & SNICKERDOODLE(Strong! This was a freebie and it is GREAT! Will order again!) & BEIGNET( fried dough with cinnamon & sugar- great). I also made up some of my own concoctions- this is a cute thing that Candy is doing! We mixed PUMPKIN & VANILLA and COFFEE CAKE & SPICE and I love it! Tarts arrived in 1 week and they last a long time!
11/07***Ordered again and it took a very long time to receive my order. I know that this business is busy because of the quality of the tarts- but over 5 weeks is just too long! I ordered a bunch of samplers and there were a few scents that I did not like at all. Others were great as usual. I give this company a 10 for products and a 6 for shipping....so I guess it's an 8! I just wish shipping could be relatively consistant.
