I am alittle worried reading these reveiws. I recently put in another order for her mother's day sale. I have not ever had an issue with communication or receiving my orders so needless to say I hope her CS is still as good as I have had in the past. I do love some of her scents and find her paraffin tarts to be really strong & lasting. I will definitely update this review after receiving my order but I expect to have good CS and good products again:-)
UPDATE 5/29
I received all my tarts in great shape from Candy. It did take awhile and she was swamped. I have come to accept that I will have a wait with her my orders from her but they are so worth the wait:-) She has the best London Lemon Curd ever as well as a superb chocolate cream brulee. I usually order soy tarts from other etailers but I absolutely love the strong throws I am getting from Bella's paraffin. I know paraffin candles are supposed to be sooty & some feel unhealthy but with tarts, I don't feel soy vs paraffin is an issue. I use both happily:-)

Received one of my 2 orders today 5/27. Candy upgraded 6 jars because of the long wait. I'll post again when I receive my second order.

Great candles. Very poor service. Hope I will be able to edit this review soon. Placed an order mid - Jan ( $100 ) . The jars I ordered were out of stock. I was told they would be available in 2 weeks ,so that was ok. A few weeks later during a Super Bowl sale (2/3), I ordered again before I received my first order. ( Big mistake ).
Never received candles for over a month. Emailed this company 3 times and never got a response. Finally, after the fourth email I got a response . I was told that the owner never received my other 3 emails ???
She told me she was having trouble with her supplier and was expecting the jars that very afternoon ( 4/16 ) ! She should have contacted me and let me know the trouble she was having. In addition, the second order I placed in on 2/3 was not for the same jars. They are in stock and I never received them either. She promised them before Mother's Day but now is away on a family emergency. I do understand emergencies but these orders should have been taken care of a long time ago.
I have asked for a refund upon her return. As of now, I'm out $150 .00. For great candles and excellent, professional service try Cheryl's Candles, Tuscadero, Crosscreek, Spotted Hog, Teaberry Mountain, Texas Scentsations.
I will update this post once this issue is resolved. Since placing
these orders at Bella's I must have ordered 6 -5 times from other companies and all give excellent service and make the customer feel valued. This is especially important with internet business.

I have ordered from Bella's twice, and have been happy with the product received. Favorites are Amber Seduction, a smooth, musky, amber/sandalwood scent; Hippy Woodstock, a patchouli and mild peppermint scent that is surprisingly great; and Candy's version of Blue Sugar. This is a not too sweet version of this scent. I am not a Pink Sugar fan! My 19 year old son loves Paradise. This citrus scent, that resembles a mixture of 7-UP and Fruit Loops, will knock your socks off!! I usually order the 2 oz. soy tarts, which I cut in half. I have also ordered her palm tarts that throw fantastically and pop right out when they harden. Favorite palm tarts are Grandma's Kitchen (a great mix of Zucchini Bread and Pumpkin spice), Lemon Pie, Ice Cream Cone and Tropical Sunset.
I did experience a wait on my last order, and when I received it, a few items were omitted, and replaced with scents I did not choose. I was not notified that certain scents were out of stock, or I would not have ordered them. My TAT, however was not as long as some posters have experienced. With the superior performance of the product, I will order again, but probably not when Candy has a sale. She seems to get overwhelmed at that time.

I had read all the reviews just like everyone else....So after being burned by another I decided to give candy a try for my wholesale order for my salon.She was very nice to talk to and I explained my situation with the other ordeal and she assured me this would not happen with her company....well guess what, another dishonest business owner ....I ordered in Nov. 2007and never recieved anything after numerous phone calls excuses and e-mails no response. It is now June ...7 months and still no reply but she did take my money $175.00 ,she is another dishonest business owner taking peoples hard earned money. Just remember she maybe able to fill small tart orders but there is no excuse for what she has done to some.If she is able to stay in business to the people who support her small orders they are only allowing her to keep taking others money and this could end up happening to you and eventually it probebly will! !!!Do not support her in taking of honest working woman who love candles !!!! I will never even as a business owner support a small candle candle company again, which is sad for me since I wanted to support the small guy or gal. If you continue to support this company You are funding a dishonest company in there endevers to take from others .I have givin Candy plenty of chances to make this right with no reply or refund. I want you all to know how deeply it hurts me to write this, it's not only the money,and it's not revenge or me being angry, I'm passed that it's been 7 months. it's the thought of others getting burned I would never treat my customers this way, if I did I would have to close my doors! Respect and trust is earned by the way you treat others !!!!! especially your customers!!!!Please read and Pause before you place another order!
