These candles are wonderful if you dont need them in a hurry.I do have to clarify that I ordered from this company last year with problems getting the order then, but I loved the candles. I waited another year and checked out there website again to my delight it looked as though they had got there act together, So I ordered again I talked to Bethany the owner in which she told me they had added some new things and was shipping alot better,I reminded her of last years shortcomings.Never the less I placed an order 10-1-07 and it is now 11-7-07 and still have not recieved them or the money and I am getting the run around they have not responded to e-mails or telephone calls this was not an inexspensive order the order was $183.00. This is very unfortunate because they could really have something great if she ran her business in a professional manner.I am a salon owner and retailer and can say if I ran my business like this I would not be in business very much longer.So as of now I dont have the candles and Im out 183.00. I would just like to finish by saying these candles are very beautiful and I just think it is a shame and hopefully no one else will have to endure the WAITING.Update !!!!!!!Feb.8 2008 Still Waiting Never recieved order and did file a Complaint with pay-pal and she sent the smallest thing so she could show pay-pal a tracking # mind you my shipment was very large and she sent a votive to show tracking.#.So they did nothing to her,I went to my credit card company who is now in the process of getting my money back,I filed a claim with them and they did take the money from her but...she had 45 days to rebutt the claim so wouldn't you know at the last minute she rebutted and now she is trying the same game with them as with pay-pal but this time she has to show proof and with all my evidence she is not going to win this one ....SHE IS A THIEF AND CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE! Please do not buy from this thief

I wish I had seen the first review of this merchant, because I would have never placed an order. It took 2 months for the order to be sent out, only to receive the WRONG item. The owner Bethany gave me the run around as to why my order had not shipped, should have shipped, blah, blah, blah. Then she stopped communicating and would not answer my emails. I finally received a package only after making a claim with paypal, but she did not send me what I ordered. I am thoroughly disgusted with Bethany, and will spend my money with other companies that I have found, that are fair and treat their customers right. Oh, and she doesn't like honest but negative messages in her guest book. I was able to read one that stated that Bethany took their money, but they never received their order. (Boy does that sound familiar) That entry disappeared real quick.
