They arrived in less than one week-WOW! On cold sniff, the scents seem very strong and accurate. I burned TAHITIAN VANILLA which is a scent I have never tried before so I don't know what it is supposed to smell like. It really does not smell like vanilla to me. I smell some citrus, florals and musks. Maybe a bit of vanilla. I was expecting a bakery type vanilla. Since the tarts were priced higher than usual- I decided to use only 1 portion of the clamshell to see if it would scent the same area as 1 single scallop tart. One peice seems to scent my whole house!!! There is only one other candle company that packs this much punch in 1 tiny peice of wax. I tried ICED COOKIE which was a dead-on sugar cookie scent with the icing. Very delicious and strong! BLUEBERRY MUFFINS is a really wonderful fresh blueberry scent- very true and I really love it, but I don't smell the muffins part. The CINNAMON ROLL was very sweet and spicy and had a nice throw as well. I also ordered MYSTIQUE (musk and fruits), HOT APPLE PIE (a true apple pie scent), DAYDREAMS (florals & spice), BLUE VELVET musky floral & resin), COCONUT CREAM (delicious coconut scent -love it!), APPLE SPICE (used 2 clamshells pieces with this one and it was TOO STRONG. I'll stick with my first thought- only 1), BIRTHDAY CAKE (very nice white cake scent), BUTTERFLY ( love it! Beautiful and soft floral scent...perfect for spring)and INDIAN SPICE (nice resin and floral). OH yeah, the owner thru in an adorable 5oz. candle in RASPBERRY PEACH- YUM!!! I burned the candle today and I must say that this little candle gives off a nice throw! The wax burned clean down the sides and no smoke. I did need to trim the wick, but that is normal. So far I really like this company, I only gave it a 9 because the prices for tarts are pretty expensive to me. Actually, considering the amount of scent in one peice of clamshell- it is worth it. I would like to try their larger candles and room sprays though, since those prices seem comparable to others and I really love the scent selections!
