I too tried Beanpod candles, but I had a little better experience with mine. I tried one of the small jar candles in the "Fresh Linen" scent, and was fairly pleased with it. It wasn't an extremely strong scented candles, but a nice clean fragrance, nothing at all like the typical "fabric softener" scent of similarly named scents. I would describe it as more of an ocean-y, breezy scent. The candle burned cleanly, and the scent stayed all the way to the bottom of the jar. With some soy candles I have tried, by the last burn, I have noticed a "funky" cooking oil smell on top of the candle's scent which isn't particularly pleasant. Overall, I was happy with the Beanpod candle I tried. I can't say that I would rush back out and buy another one, but I didn't regret my purchase!

I recently converted to Beanpod Candles after I got one as a gift. I love that they actually burn all the way and leave no soot.
My favorite fragrances are the Green Tea, Grapefruit Mine, Serenity and Fresh Linen. They smell great! Highly recommend them!!

I recently received a Honeydew melon candle from Beanpod. It was the 16 oz size which had one wick.
When you smell the jar, it is nice. I had this candle going for about 6 hrs and could not smell any scent.
It did burn clean but leaves wax on the sides.

I was very surprised to find mediocre reviews on Beanpod. But I like nature scents and have only tried scents from that line of their products. Their "Adirondack Mountain" scent is the nicest pine/woods scent I've ever found. It takes me right into the woods and brings back wonderful memories of mountain hikes.
"Holiday Memories" is another pine-oriented scent, but with traces of fire and spices. I also like it very much.
"Grand Canyon" is a hard scent to pin down, it does a nice job of conveying a feeling of being in wide-open spaces with shurbs and perhaps some mesquite thrown in. I find it very relaxing with the lights down low, creating a smell like sitting out under the stars under a western sky.
All of them have burned perfectly, with a full width melt, no soot, and long-lasting.

I have burned a few of these candles over the last couple years, and most have been pretty decent. I am not into the clean type scents and really can't stand florals, so the negative reviews on those I can't comment on, becasue I hate all of them! LOL.
But, they have great fruity and bakery scents, and of the few candles I have burned, they have had a good to strong scent throw. I had no issues with tunneling at all. I do burn my candle the first burn until I reach a full melt pool, though. I have found that if you don't do that, you will get tunneling.
I like carrot cake, apple pie, and my favorite was chai latte. I would recommend this company from my experience.
