I decided to try this line of candles based off Carolyn of Candlefinds review on Tartberry Twist. I LOVE tart smelling candles so I had to give them a try. I purchased a bunch of different scents and decided to burn Summer Sorbet first.
Three words, OH MY GOSH!! This candle is awesome. The best description I can give is to take a bowl full of watermelon, strawberries and other fruits and pack in the sugar... mix it all up and you have Summer Sorbet. It is a really sweet & fruity fragrance and so delicious!! You almost want to get a spoon and just dig into the candle... it smells that awesome!
Customer service is great. The only negative is that they charge shipping. I really don't like that and usually won't shop at sites that charge shipping. Most sites either offer free shipping when you reach a certain price point or have a fixed shipping charge that is fair.
I do like their candles and will still order from them but not as often as I normally would.

Small Beginnings is a great company. The melts I ordered are super strong and have great throw. The glazed donuts is to die for.
The packaging is great, customer service was excellent and the price was good. The only thing keeping this company from being a 10 is that the tarts only come in five scents.

I read a reviw of this candle company on the review board and when I looked it up I saw they had a scent, "Glazed Donuts" that was described as smelling like Krispy Kreme's honeydip donuts. There's 2 things I am addicted to -- scented candles and Krispy Kreme glazed donuts although, because of calories, I give in to candles more than donuts. I ordered 4 votives and a package of melts and waited to see if they would smell anything like a glazed donut. Order arrived within a week and well packed. When I opened the box the candles smelled so good and so accurate to a glazed donut smell thatI was tempted to take a bite. The melts melted perfectly with a good scent throw in my kitchen and the votive candle as well. It is great when a candle scent smells like the description you read when you ordered it. I would recommend this company and this scent, especially if you want to try something different.

I read Dawn's recommendations for St Patty's day and thought I would try the Key Lime Pie from here. Not a scent I would normally get. I got a 16oz and it is nice with a great throw. I also chose a 26oz Totally Yummy which has a strong fruity-almond-sugary scent-great!!! 26oz Home Spun Sugar-which is very sweet. All of these have great throws and I am impressed!! Love them all!!! But, the owner sent me a tart to try in Banana Spice cake and what can I say-I AM IN LOVE!!  I immediately put this one in my melter and it filled my kitchen. So, needless to say I went right to my computer and purchased a 26oz jar in Banana Spice Cake-my NEW FAVORITE SCENT!! YUMMY!! I think if you like BNB scents you should give this a try, it is more of a cake smell, but just delicious!!! I highly recommend it!!

Got my Banana Spice cake candle and the cold smell is YUMMY!! It's a personal thing, but I just love this candle-still have to light it. I wanted to say I got a Strawberry Lemonade tart as a give-me and the throw is EXCELLENT-the authenticity leaves a little to be desired-it is a very sweet scent, berry-like, but I am truly impressed with the throw of one tart-I usually put 2-3 tarts in-even the larger size. I will have to update still on the throw of the Banana Spice Cake candle, but still I am CRAZY about the scent itself!!

The scent throw is GREAT on my Banana Spice Cake and I LOVE IT!!! Great candle, great service. Remember when I say great-it is not the strongest throwing candle I have ever had. It is hit n miss in this business and for me personally this scent is just nice and cozy!! Sort of like the pistachio scents I love, not everyone would like these. This is another definate FAVORITE of mine!!!

I was burning my Key Lime Pie and was so impressed, I had long since burned the Banana Spice cake-so I went back!! Well, I see the Banana Spice cake is reformulated-so I got another one!! I also ordered a scent called Breathless(described as a spa scent)-will update when I receive these. Also, ordered some tarts in Tartberry twist. Can't wait to try them out!

I recently ordered from this company, after reading the reviews on the board. I don't buy candles often, so I really pay attention to the positive reviews listed here. I ordered the glazed donuts and tartberry twist, and banana spice cake.
I found the throw in the spice cake to be quite light and I was a bit disappointed in it. The glazed donuts was very nice, and just like one I got at a different website. I also liked the tartberry twist, I didn't get the sweet tart note, but really thought it was a nice berry scent.
My order was shipped in a reasonable timeframe and all in all I think I would try them again.
